การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบภาษาและวัฒนธรรมที่ปรากฎในการละเล่นพื้นบ้านของเด็กชาวไทยและเด็กชาวจีน

Abstract

การละเล่นพื้้นบ้านเป็นวัฒนธรรมที่สืบทอดจากบรรพบุรุษของแต่ละชาติ การละเล่นพื้นบ้านของเด็กชาวไทยและเด็กชาวจีนสามารถถ่ายทอดให้เห็นถึงวิถีชีวิตและวัฒนธรรมของชนชาตินั้นๆ ประเทศไทยกับประเทศจีนต่างอยู่ในเขตทวีปเอเชีย แต่เนื่องจากตั้งอยู่คนละท้องที่ของทวีปเอเชีย ดังนั้นการละเล่นพื้นบ้านของเด็กชาวไทยและเด็กชาวจีนจึงจะมีลักษณะทั้งที่เป็นลักษณะร่วม มีความใกล้เคียงกันและแตกต่างกัน ควรค่าแก่การศึกษาเป็นอย่างยิ่ง งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะร่วมและลักษณะต่างของการละเล่นพื้นบ้านซึ่งเป็นที่นิยมของเด็กชาวไทยและเด็กชาวจีนผ่านภาษาและวัฒนธรรมที่ปรากฏ จากผลการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบภาษาและวัฒนธรรมที่ปรากฏในการละเล่นพื้นบ้านของเด็กชาวไทยและเด็กชาวจีนพบว่าการละเล่นพื้นบ้านของเด็กชาวไทยกับการละเล่นพื้นบ้านของเด็กชาวจีนมีลักษณะร่วมและแตกต่างภายใต้ปัจจัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศไทยกับประเทศจีนที่แตกต่างและคล้ายคลึงกัน ลักษณะร่วมได้ แก่ วัตถุประสงค์ เวลา สถานที่เล่น อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการละเล่น เช่น ในสมัยโบราณการละเล่นพื้นบ้านส่วนใหญ่เล่นในช่วงเทศกาลต่างๆ สถานที่เล่นมีทั้งกลางแจ้งและในที่ร่ม วัตถุประสงค์คือให้ผู้เล่นได้รับความสนุกสาน เพลิดเพลิน พร้อมได้รับสาระความรู้จากการละเล่น แต่วิธีเล่นและภาษาที่ปรากฏในการละเล่นพื้นบ้านของเด็กชาวไทยและเด็กชาวจีนค่อนข้างจะแตกต่างกันอยู่บ้าง โดยเฉพาะด้านนัยที่แฝงอยู่ในการละเล่นพื้นบ้านที่มีความแตกต่างระดับภายใต้ขอบเขตและรูปแบบการละเล่นพื้นบ้านแต่ละประเภท

Folk plays are a local culture which has been descended from ancestors of people in each nation. Folk plays of Thai and Chinese children can reflect the citizen's way of living and culture. Both Thailand and China are in Asia. However, the two countries are located in different parts of Asia, this is the reason why folk plays of Thai and Chinese children are both similar and different at certain degrees. This is an interesting issue that we should study. This research aims to study the similarities and differences of popular folk plays of Thai and Chinese children through the existing language and culture. The results of a comparative study on language and culture which exist in folk plays of Thai and Chinese children reveal that folk plays of Thai and Chinese children have both similarities and differences as influences by varioys factors and environment of Thailand and China. Some of the factors and environment are similar while some are dissimilar such as the objective, time, place, and folk play tools. For example, in the ancient time, most folk plays occur during festivals at both indoor and outdoor places. The objectives of folk plays are for entertainment, amusement, joyfulness, and learning. However, the methodology and language of folk plays of Thai and Chinese children are quite different, especially in term of the significance associated to the folk plays which differs within the context of playing format of each folk play.
