วิเคราะห์สารคดีเชิงวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นในรายการสารคดีโทรทัศน์ “ทั่วถิ่นแดนไทย” พ.ศ. 2562

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์การนำเสนอเนื้อหาเชิงวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นในรายการสารคดีโทรทัศน์เรื่อง “ทั่วถิ่นแดนไทย” และเพื่อวิเคราะห์คุณค่าของรายการสารคดีโทรทัศน์เรื่อง “ทั่วถิ่นแดนไทย”ขอบเขตของการวิจัย คือ รายการสารคดีเรื่อง “ทั่วถิ่นแดนไทย” ที่ออกอากาศตั้งแต่ 12 มกราคม 2562 ถึงวันที่ 23 พฤศจิกายน 2562 มีจำนวนทั้งหมด 43 ตอนโดยนำเสนอผลการศึกษาวิจัยแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการนำเสนอเนื้อหาเชิงวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นในรายการสารคดีโทรทัศน์“ ทั่วถิ่นแดนไทย”พ.ศ. 2562 แบ่งได้ 4 ประเด็นได้แก่ 1. วิถีชีวิตของชาวบ้านประกอบไปด้วย ที่อยู่อาศัย อาหารการกิน การแต่งกายและการประกอบอาชีพ 2. วัฒนธรรมพื้นบ้านคือ ความเชื่อประเพณีท้องถิ่นและศิลปกรรมชาวบ้าน 3. ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นคือ การประดิษฐ์เครื่องใช้สอยในชีวิตประจำวันอุปกรณ์ในการประกอบอาชีพและผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน 4. การท่องเที่ยวชุมชน คือ การท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมและการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศจากที่กล่าวข้างต้นพบว่า รายการสารคดีโทรทัศน์นี้มีการเผยแพร่เนื้อหาที่ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับวิถีชีวิตวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาในชุมชนต่าง ๆ ให้เป็นที่รู้จักแก่สังคมภายนอก อีกทั้งยังทำให้ผู้ชมได้มีประสบการณ์ร่วมกับรายการได้เป็นอย่างดีด้านคุณค่าที่พบในรายการสารคดีโทรทัศน์สามารถแบ่งได้ 4 ประเด็นคือ 1. การให้ความรู้และความบันเทิงเรื่องวิถีชีวิต วัฒนธรรม ภูมิปัญญาและความสนุกสนานในการรับชม 2. การให้แง่คิดการสืบทอดวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเพื่อการดำรงชีวิต 3. การอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรสิ่งแวดล้อมได้แก่ พืช สัตว์และ ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ 4. การเป็นสื่อกลางซึ่งเป็นการเผยแพร่ความรู้ทางวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นและ เป็นการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนที่ทำให้ผู้ชมเกิดความรักหวงแหนในวัฒนธรรมของตนเอง จากคุณค่าดังกล่าวจะทำให้ผู้รับชมได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของวิถีชีวิตวัฒนธรรมแบบดั้งเดิมที่ยังคงดำรงอยู่ได้อย่างเข้มแข็งในสังคมปัจจุบัน อีกทั้งรายการนี้ยังสามารถเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการช่วยให้ผู้ชมได้ร่วมอนุรักษ์สืบสานวิถีชีวิตและวัฒนธรรมชุมชนแบบดั้งเดิมให้คงอยู่ได้ต่อไปในอนาคต

This research aimed to analyze the presentation of local cultural content in the television documentary "Thua Thin Dan Thai" and to analyze the value of a television documentary program titled "Thua Thin Dan Thai". The scope of research is a documentary program on "Thua Thin Dan Thai” broadcasting from 12 January 2019 to 23 November 2019, there were a total of 43 episodes. By presenting the results of the research study by descriptive analysis. The research found that Presentation of local cultural content in a television documentary " Thua Thin Dan Thai" 2019 can be divided into 4 issues: 1) The way of life of the villagers consisted of housing, food, dress and occupation. 2) Folk culture was beliefs, local customs and folk art. 3) Local wisdom was the invention of daily necessities Occupational equipment and community products. 4) Community tourism was cultural tourism and ecotourism. From the above found that this television documentary Content is disseminated to educate about lifestyle, culture and wisdom in various communities to be known to the outside society. It also allows viewers to have a good experience with the program. The values found in television documentaries can be divided into four areas: 1) Education and Entertainment about way of life, culture, wisdom and fun to watch. 2) Giving ideas, inheriting local culture for a living. 3) Conservation of environmental resources, including plants, animals and natural resources. 4) Mass communication to disseminate local cultural knowledge and promote community tourism that makes viewers love and cherish their own culture. From the above analysis, we can make the audience to realize the importance of the customs and culture of various places that were still in the inheritance. It was also playing an important part of helping the inheritance of culture and original customs to continue.
