泰国曼谷地区本土中小学汉语教师跨文化交际能力探析与提升策略

Abstract

บทความนี้ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบันและทักษะการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรมของครูประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาของจีนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และสำรวจวิธีการเพื่อปรับปรุงความสามารถในการสื่อสารระหว่างวัฒนธรรมของครูในท้องถิ่น บทความนี้วิเคราะห์จากสองระดับหลักๆ เพิ่มความกระตือรือร้นและความคิดริเริ่มของครูท้องถิ่นในด้านการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรมประการที่สองโรงเรียนและสังคมให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างวัฒนธรรมของครูท้องถิ่น

This article have done an anlysis on the intercultural communication competency of Thailand local teacher who teaching Chinese as a foreign language in secondary and elementary school of Thailand and elaborate the strategies of improving the cross cultural competency of Thai teachers from these who directions. On one hand, it stresses the point that the teacheers shouls voluntarily make effort to improve their cross-cultural communication competency. On the other hand, the school and the government should also give focus on improving the cross-cultural communication competency of the students of this major.

本文对曼谷地区泰国本土中小学中文教师的现状以及跨文化交际能力进行调查并分析，在探讨提高本土教师跨文化交际能力的方法时，本文主要从两个层面着手分析，其一是提高本土教师在跨文化交际方面的积极性和主动性，其二是学校和社会应该更加重视本土教师跨文化交际能力的培养。
