泰国素可泰历史公园汉语服务研究

dc.description.abstract 素可泰是 13 世纪时期泰民族建立第一个独立国家的都城,后来成为素可泰王朝 的都城。素可泰王朝历时 200 年,出现过历史上最光辉灿烂的文化。1987 年底成为素 可泰公园,如今素可泰历史公园已成为泰国最重要的旅游区之一,被列为联合国教科 文组织公园。泰国大力发展旅游业,近几年来中国游客大量来泰旅游,其中有不少中 国游客游览了泰国素可泰历史公园。在泰国一些重要的旅游景点因为中国游客的增 加,在从以英语为主的对外交流语言中,开始逐渐使用了汉语。 本论文研究的目的是分析素可泰历史公园的语言服务情况,并通过问卷调查说 明中国游客的增加对汉语服务的影响,以及汉语服务对吸引更多的中国游客和提高公 园语言服务质量的重要性。论文采用问卷调查和文献研究的方法,对中国游客和素可 泰公园的情况进行了分析研究。论文分为三章:第一章概述了素可泰历史公园的发展 和管理,第二章调查分析素可泰历史公园的语言服务情况,第三章对调查分析进行评 估,提出存在的问题和改进措施。 论文指出素可泰历史公园的语言服务种类有泰语、英语、日语和汉语,汉语服 务很少。由于泰国旅游业的客源一向都以国内游客和英语国家游客为主,只是近些年 来中国游客大量来泰国旅游,才引起了素可泰历史公园管理部门对中国游客的重视,有 了一些中文介绍和说明,游客要通过扫描二维码才能得到一些相关的中文信息。公园 方面没有汉语语言方面的服务,公园工作人员基本上不会说汉语。由于不断增加的中 国游客到素可泰历史公园游览,素可泰历史公园方面开始提供汉语服务。论文对素可 泰历史公园汉语服务情况进行了评估。论文通过问卷调查和资料分析,对公园方面在 汉语服务方面的不足提出了改进的建议和措施。 en
dc.description.abstract Sukhothai Historical Park has become one of Thailand's most important tourist areas and is listed as UNESCO Park. Thailand has vigorously developed tourism, in recent years, Chinese tourists to Thai tourism, a lot of Chinese tourists visited Thai Sukhothai Historical Park. Some of the most important tourist attractions in Thailand, as a result of the increase in Chinese tourists, in the English-dominated foreign exchange language, began to gradually use Chinese. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the language service of Sukhothai Historical Park, and to explain the influence of Chinese tourists ' increase on Chinese service and the importance of Chinese service to attract more Chinese tourists and improve the quality of the park language service. The paper uses the method of questionnaire and literature study to analyze the situation of Chinese tourists and Sukhothai Park. The paper points out that the language services of Sukhothai Historical Park are Thai, English, Japanese and Chinese, and there are few Chinese services. As the tourist source of Thailand has always been mainly domestic tourists and English-speaking countries, just in recent years, Chinese tourists have come to Thailand to travel a lot, which has aroused the attention of the management Department of the Sukhothai Historical park to Chinese tourists, with some Chinese introduction and explanation, the tourists have to scan the two-dimensional code to get some relevant Chinese information. There is no Chinese language service in the park, and the park staff does not speak Chinese at all. Because of the increasing number of Chinese tourists to the Sukhothai Historical Park tour, the Sukhothai Historical Park began to provide Chinese services. This paper evaluates the Chinese service of Sukhothai Historical Park.
