การสำรวจมดและความต้องการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ไล่มดในชุมชนรอบมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิม พระเกียรติ อ.บางพลี จ.สมุทรปราการ

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจชนิดของมดในพื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติและพื้นที่โดยรอบ มหาวิทยาลัย และสำรวจความต้องการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ไล่มดจากผู้ที่อยู่อาศัยรอบมหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 100 ราย โดย สอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ข้อมูลการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ไล่มด และความต้องการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ไล่มด และนำข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่ ได้มาวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณา ผลการศึกษาพบมดทั้งหมด 3 ชนิดในพื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัย ได้แก่ มดแดง (Oecophylla smaragdina) (85.97%) มดดำ (Paratrechina longicornis) (12.28%) และมดละเอียด (Tapinoma melanocephalum) (1.75%) ตามลำดับ และพบมด 5 ชนิด พื้นที่โดยรอบมหาวิทยาลัย ได้แก่ มดดำ (P. longicornis) มดแดง (O. smaragdina) มดละเอียด (T. melanocephalum) มดคันไฟ (Solenopsis geminate) และมดตะนอยอกส้ม (Tetraponera rufonigra) ชี้ให้เห็นว่ามีมดชนิดอื่นที่พบบริเวณรอบมหาวิทยาลัย แต่ไม่พบในบริเวณมหาวิทยาลัย นอกจากนี้ จากการสำรวจความต้องการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ไล่มดในชุมชนบริเวณรอบ มหาวิทยาลัย พบว่ารูปแบบที่ต้องการใช้มากที่สุด ได้แก่ สเปรย์ (82%) ชอล์ก (10%) และผงโรย (8%) ตามลำดับ

The objectives of this study were to survey ants at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University and around the university, and identify the requirements of using ant-repellent products from people who were living surrounding of the university. A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed, the information of which was personal information, using ant-repellent products and requirements of using ant-repellent products. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis. The results showed that a total of three ant species were found in the University, including Oecophylla smaragdina (85.97%), Paratrechina longicornis (12.28%) and Tapinoma melanocephalum (1.75%), respectively, and a total of five ant species were found around the University, including P. longicornis, O. smaragdina, T. melanocephalum, Solenopsis geminate, and Tetraponera rufonigra suggesting that there are other types of ants found around the university, but not found on campus. In addition, the survey of the requirements using ant-repellent product found that the spray preparation was the most important requirement with 82%, followed by chalk (10%) and powder (8%), respectively.
