This article mainly focuses on a survey of the Chinese language services provided by Phyathai 3 International Hospital, explaining the medical service situation of this hospital. Based on the survey and research, it analyzes the Chinese language services provided by this hospital, including the online Chinese website and the offline Chinese translator situation. In order to optimize the medical management and medical technology of the third hospital in Thailand, improve the quality of Chinese language services and the Chinese language proficiency of Chinese translators, suggestions for improvement are proposed to better provide good Chinese language services to customers who come to medical tourism and seek medical treatment at this hospital, especially Chinese customers.
The article first introduces the background and research significance of the topic, the research dynamics and development trends in the field of this topic at home and abroad, the research purpose, methods, technical route, key problems to be solved, the innovation of the paper research, and the expected goals and research results of this topic. Secondly, an
