旺昌大象咖啡馆结合咖啡文化与大象互动,虽具特色体验,但仍需提升中文服务以更好满
足游客需求。本论文目的是通过对旺昌大象咖啡馆的调查,分析旺昌大象咖啡馆馆经营管理和汉语服务情况及存在问题,以及在旅游景点咖啡店对消费者的影响响因素和游客的满意度。本论文的研究方法是通过100名中国游客的问卷调查,以及对5名咖啡馆管理人员与员工的访谈。对资料进行定量分析和定性分析。分析了汉语服务的现状,以及存在的问题。采用SWOT分析方法,研究结果,大部分员工汉语能力有限,导致与游客沟通不足,影响服务质量。建议加强汉语培训、完善中文服务设施及招聘具备较强汉语能力的人员,并优化景区中文标识和在线服务 以提升游客满意度。
Mongchang cafe pattaya combines coffee culture with elephant interaction, offering a unique visitor experience but facing challenges in Chinese language service quality. This study investigates the cafe's management and Chinese service, examining factors affecting consumer behavior and tourist
satisfaction. Data were collected via questionnaires from 100 Chinese tourists and interviews with Eve staff members, analyzed using quantitative, qualitative, and SWOT methods. Results show limited Chinese proficiency among staff. hindering effective communication and service quality. Recommendations include enhancing Chinese training, improving service facilities, recruiting skilled staff, and optimizing Chinese signage and online services to boost visitor satisfaction and competitiveness.
