dc.description.abstract Tourism is one of the most important industries in Thailand, generating income circulating into the country. This is the income that we receive from the travel of Thai tourists and foreign tourists, which currently has a flea market. The abundance and development of the market in Thailand is well known to foreign tourists and attracted a group, causing more and more foreigners to visit the weekend market in Thailand. Chatuchak Weekend Market. which is in the heart of Bangkok, is a tourist destination and important of the tourists. Most of the tourists visiting Chatuchak Market are Chinese, so using Chinese for sightseeing within the weekend market is important for Chatuchak market. In addition. the researcher used a questionnaire to collect data from 50 tourists and 50 service workers. The objective of this research examines the use of Chinese language in service at Chatuchak Market (restaurant), Bangkok. The study also investigates the opinions and satisfaction of tourists that affect the service by using Chinese in communication within Chatuchak market restaurants and study the solutions to problems arising in the service by using Chinese in communication. Inside the Chatuchak market restaurant, the analysis was selected from the data in interviews and analyzed the results of the survey and from the distribution of questionnaires. The results of the study inside the Chatuchak market restaurants shows the use Chinese in many ways, whether it is communicating with foreign tourists. Signs or advertisements result with a large number of tourists in the shop. Restaurants have to adapt to the Chinese customers. There are some operators who speak better English than Chinese. Therefore, the service staff should develop and support the use of Chinese language because there is insufficient use of Chinese in communication to meet the needs of tourists. The use of Chinese in the service of billboards or signboards is not enough and is not clear and grammatically correct. Therefore, improvements must be made to meet the needs of foreign tourists in order to better promote and stimulate the economy. en
