การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยในการเลือกผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ของศูนย์กระจายสินค้าด้วยการประเมินปัจจัยชี้วัดหลักประกอบด้วย 3 ปัจจัยหลัก และปัจจัยรอง 14 ปัจจัย โดยใช้เทคนิคกระบวนการลำดับชั้นเชิงวิเคราะห์เพื่อประเมินผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์พบว่าปัจจัยที่ต้องพิจารณาของปัจจัยตัวชี้วัดด้านประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ คือ ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและกระบวนการด้านโลจิสติกส์ ปัจจัยตัวชี้วัดด้านทรัพยากรและความสามารถของผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ คือ โครงสร้างทรัพยากรและทรัพยากรด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และปัจจัยตัวชี้วัดด้านการบริการของผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ คือ การหน่วงเวลาและสิค้าคงคลังและคลังสินค้า ตามลำดับ
The purpose of this research was to investigate the factors determining the logistics service providers of the distribution center by assessing the main factors, including 3 main factors and 14 minor factors, using technique, process, sequence, analysis and evaluation. Logistics providers find that the factors that determine the performance indicators of the service provider. Logistics is the satisfaction of our customers and logistics processes. Factors, indicators, resources and capabilities of logistics providers are the structure of resources and information technology resources. The logistics service indicators of the logistics service provider are delay and inventory and warehouse, respectively.
