dc.description.abstract International Chinese education, an essential component of cross-cultural education, is seeing substantial expansion due to China's ascent and the growing trend of globalization. This domain offers prospects for individuals of all age groups to achieve proficiency in the Chinese language and get a comprehensive understanding of Chinese culture, both inside and outside the borders of China. At the core of this discipline are foreign Chinese educators, who serve as intermediaries between students and the Chinese language, culture, and society. In addition to teaching grammar and vocabulary, their responsibility includes promoting successful cross-cultural communication and building an awareness of various cultural origins and values. Within global Chinese education, pupils originate from many cultural backgrounds, requiring instructors to demonstrate proficient cross-cultural communication abilities. This research aims to investigate the cultivation theory of these capabilities in order to tackle this crucial problem. In today's globalized world, intercultural communication proficiency is crucial, particularly in international Chinese education. Learning Chinese in this context requires language proficiency and a deep knowledge of and capacity to adapt to Chinese culture. This research explores the intercultural communication proficiency of Chinese teachers working internationally, emphasizing their substantial impact on the field and methods to improve these abilities. Despite the increasing worldwide significance of Chinese education, research on the intercultural communication abilities of overseas Chinese instructors is still lacking. This research addresses the lack of information and provides a robust theoretical basis for improving foreign Chinese instructors. These teachers are vital in language instruction and in promoting cross-cultural comprehension and adjustment en
