在高职大学语文课程中实现语文知识传授与人文素质培养的兼容性至关重要，因为它有助于培养学生成为具备综合素质、跨学科能力强、具备社会担当感的未来专业人才。文章针对“课程目标定位的压力”、“课程内容选择的挑战”、“教师专业背景的影响”以及“学生背景的差异”这四个方面所体现的语文知识传授与人文素质培养的兼容困境，提出了相应的建议——“明确定义教学目标、加强跨学科协作”，“多元化课程内容、引入案例研究和实践经验”，“提供跨领域培训、加强教师团队协作”，以及“个性化教育策略、促进文化交流和理解”。这几项建议相互关联相互支持，旨在促进高职大学语文课程更好地兼容语文知识传授与人文素质培养这两个板块，这项工作对于高职教育领域将具有重要的意义。
