รายงานการวิจัย การประเมินหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2542 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ฉบับปรับปรุง พุทธศักราช 2542 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยใช้แบบจำลองซิบ (CIPP Model) ประเมินในด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยป้อนเข้า ด้านกระบวนการและด้านผลผลิต เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เก็บข้อมูลจากอาจารย์ผู้สอนจำนวน 21 คน บัณฑิตจำนวน 67 คน นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 80 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต จำนวน 54 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การประเมินบริบทพบว่าวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความชัดเจนของภาษาที่ใช้ สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม พัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านสติปัญญา ทักษะ และเจตนา สามารถนำไปใช้ปฏิบัติได้จริง มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นความสอดคล้องกับเอกลักษณ์ในวิชาชีพพยาบาล มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โครงสร้างของหลักสูตรด้านจำนวนหน่วยกิตรวมหน่วยกิตทุกกลุ่มวิชา และเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตรทุกกลุ่มวิชามีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร เนื้อหาน่าสนใจและทันสมัย เนื้อหาเป็นลำดับขั้นตอนจากง่ายไปยาก เนื้อหาเป็นประโยชน์สอนให้คิดเป็นทำเป็น เนื้อหาไม่ซ้ำซ้อนกับวิชาอื่น ๆ เนื้อหาสามารถนำไปประกอบวิชาชีพ เนื้อหาส่งเสริมให้มีเจตคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพ และเนื้อหาส่งเสริมให้มีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยป้อนเข้าด้านอาจารย์และนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก อาจารย์มีความรับผิดชอบในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และจำนวนอาจารย์เพียงพอกับการสอนภาคปฏิบัติมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอนส่วนใหญ่มีความเพียงพอมีคุณภาพดี มีความทันสมัยและมีความสะดวกในการใช้บริการมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และโรงอาหาร หอพัก สถานที่พักผ่อน สนามกีฬาและยานพาหนะในการรับ-ส่งนักศึกษาฝึกปฏิบัติงาน ระบบทะเบียนนักศึกษา มีความเหมาะสมระดับปานกลาง กระบวนการผลิต ด้านการบริหารและการบริการหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการวัดและการประเมินผล มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลผลิต ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ มีคุณลักษณะทั่วไป และมีความรู้เชิงทฤษฎีและการปฏิบัติตามหลักวิชาชีพส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ภาษาอังกฤษ การนำทีมเพื่อประชุมปรึกษาทางการพยาบาล การสนับสนุนและร่วมทำวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาวิชาชีพพยาบาล มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การสนับสนุนและร่วมทำวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาวิชาชีพพยาบาล มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และความสามารถทางภาษาจีน มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับน้อย

The objectives of this research were to evaluate the 1999 revised B.S. program in Nursing of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The CIPP model was employed to assess in aspects of context, input, process and product. A self-administered questionnaire was developed by the researchers. The data were collected from sample of 222 consisting 21 instructors, 67 graduated nurses, 80 senior students and 54 nurse supervisors. Descriptive statistics such as means and standard deviation were used for data analysis. Research findings are as follows: The evaluation of contest indicates that the curriculum objectives were clearly state, correspondent to social needs and to develop of student’s intellect, skills and attitude. They were practical for nursing career and all considered as having high level of propriety. It was noted that the degree of correspondences to the uniqueness of the nursing profession have the highest level of propriety. As far as the curriculum structure and content are concerned, it was found that total number of credits, credits for subfields and the contents were corresponding to the objectives. The contents were interesting, up-to-date, having hierarchical degree of advancement, suitable for training in academic and practical skills, non-inter-course overlapping the contents were practical for nursing encouraging good attitude toward the profession and enhancing the students’ morality and ethics item that. All were considered as having high level of propriety. The evaluation of input found that instructors and students had generally high level of propriety ; the instructor’s responsibility was at the highest level ; sufficiency of the number of instructors responsible for practical instruction was moderate. The instructional aids were also high interns of sufficiency, quality and convenience. Moreover, cafeteria, dormitory recreation center, sport stadium, transportation facilities and registration system were rated moderate propriety. In an aspect of process, it was found the curriculum administration and management as well as teaching-learning management and educational measurement and evaluation were at a high level of propriety. In term of product evaluation, the nursing graduates were rated at high level both in general characters and academic and practical knowledge of the profession. Their competencies in computer, English, leadership in nursing conference, and research and development for nursing profession were moderate propriety. Finally, the result also revealed that student’s Chinese language proficiency was low.
