วิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อยางล้อตันของลูกค้าในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ กรณีศึกษาบริษัท วี.เอส. อุตสาหกรรมยาง จำกัด เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากประชากร คือ ลูกค้าของบริษัทที่ใช้ยางล้อตัน จำนวน 45 บริษัท สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 31-40 ปี การศึกษาปริญญาตรี ทำงานในแผนกจัดซื้อ ลักษณะการดำเนินธุรกิจของกิจการ คือ เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายหรือให้เช่ารถโฟล์คลิฟท์ ประเภทของยางที่ใช้มากที่สุด คือ ยางล้อตันใหม่ มีรอบระยะเวลาในการใช้ยางจนหมดดอกยางโดยประมาณ 7-8 เดือน มีจำนวนยางที่สั่งซื้อต่อครั้ง 5-10 เส้น มีความถี่ในการสั่งซื้อ 2 ครั้งต่อเดือน และเหตุผลสำคัญในการตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อยางล้อตัน คือ ความทนทานและใช้งานได้ยาวนาน เมื่อพิจารณาถึงปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาด พบว่า ลูกค้าให้ความสำคัญด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายมากที่สุด สำหรับการตัดสินใจในการเลือกซื้อยางล้อตัน พบว่าลูกค้าให้ความสำคัญ เมื่อได้รับข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ครบถ้วนจากฝ่ายขาย
From this research. Objective: To study the marketing mix factors affecting buying decision of customer in Samutprakarn province for the solid tire of V.S. Industry Tyres Co., Ltd. By using questionnaire to collect the data from 45 customer and analyze the data by a computer program in statistics to find out the frequency, rearing, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that most of the respondents were female, aged between 31-40 years, education is bachelor degree, purchasing officer. The nature of business is the distributor or rent forklift. Most used tires is new solid tire. The duration of the is 7-8 months, the number of order 5-10 times of frequency of ordering two a month.
