การประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชากายภาพบำบัด พุทธศักราช 2541 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อประเมินการประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์บัณฑิตสาขาวิชากายภาพบำบัด มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยใช้รูปแบบการประเมินซิปป์ (CIPP Model) โดยประเมินหลักสูตรใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านบริบท ได้แก่วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ได้แก่ โครงสร้างหลักสูตร เนื้อหาของหลักสูตร คุณลักษณะของอาจารย์ คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าศึกษา อุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน ตำราเรียน สถานที่เรียน และจำนวนคนไข้ ด้านกระบวนการ ได้แก่ กระบวนการเรียนการสอน การวัดและประเมินผล การบริหารหลักสูตร และด้านผลิตผล ได้แก่ การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของบัณฑิต กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ประเมิน ได้แก่นักศึกษากายภาพบำบัดชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 54 คน บัณฑิต จำนวน 44 คน อาจารย์จำนวน 11 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาบัณฑิตจำนวน 16 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร และแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) เปรียบเทียบค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยความเหมาะสมกับเกณฑ์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ด้านบริบท นักศึกษา บัณฑิต และอาจารย์ มีความเห็นว่าวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น โครงสร้างของหลักสูตรเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานหลักสูตรของทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย พบว่ามีจำนวนหน่วยกิตโดยรวมอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่ทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด ด้านคุณลักษณะของอาจารย์พบว่ามีสัดส่วนของอาจารย์ประจำต่อนักศึกษาอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด เนื้อหาหลักสูตรและคุณลักษณะของอาจารย์ทั้งนักศึกษา บัณฑิต และอาจารย์ มีความเห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าศึกษามีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน ตำราเรียน สถานที่เรียน จำนวนผู้ป่วย นักศึกษาและอาจารย์มีความเห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก ส่วนบัณฑิตมีความเห็นว่าเหมาะสมในระดับปานกลาง ด้านกระบวนการ ทั้งนักศึกษา บัณฑิต และอาจารย์ มีความเห็นว่ากระบวนการเรียนการสอน การวัดและประเมินผลและการบริหารหลักสูตร มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก ด้านผลผลิต ผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิตกายภาพบำบัด มีความเห็นว่าบัณฑิตกายภาพบำบัดเป็นที่ยอมรับของสังคม และประสิทธิภาพด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะ ความชำนาญ ด้านจิตพิสัย และด้านปฏิบัติงานมีความเห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด คือ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.50 พบว่านักศึกษา บัณฑิต และอาจารย์ มีความเห็นว่าทั้งด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ด้านกระบวนการ มีความเหมาะสมสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ด้านผลผลิต ผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิตมีความเห็นว่าประสิทธิภาพของบัณฑิตกายภาพบำบัดมีความเหมาะสมสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) นักศึกษา และบัณฑิตกายภาพบำบัด มีข้อเสนอแนะต่อหลักสูตรว่า ควรปรับลดสัดส่วนของกลุ่มวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปลงและเพิ่มหน่วยกิตของวิชาชีพให้มากขึ้น เพิ่มเนื้อหาหรือเวลาเรียนเกี่ยวกับกายภาพบำบัดในสตรีมีครรภ์และกายภาพบำบัดในนักกีฬาให้มากขึ้น ควรเพิ่มเนื้อหาในกลุ่มวิชากายวิภาคศาสตร์และประสาทกายวิภาคศาสตร์มากขึ้น และควรเพิ่มวิชา Biochemistry และสถิติการทำวิจัยเพื่อเป็นพื้นฐานในการศึกษาต่อ

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the Bachelor of Science (Physical Therapy) curriculum at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University, by using CIPP Model in four aspects; context, input, process and product. The subjects consisted of 54 fourth-year Physical Therapy students, 44 Physical Therapy graduates, 11 instructors and 16 graduates superiors. Five-rating scale questionnaires were administered. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test. The result of this research was as follows: Context: It was found that instructors, students and graduates thought that the objectives of the curriculum were at a high level. Input: It was found that the total credit of Bachelor of Science (Physical Therapy) curriculum at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University was in the standard criterior. The ratio of the number of instructors and students was in the standard criterior. The students and graduates thought the instructor chracteristics and content of curriculum were at a high level, whereas the students chracteristics were at a highest level. For the instructional media, building and client, the students and instructors thought they were at a high level while the graduates thought they were at a moderate level. Process: the students, graduates and instructors thought the instructional process, evaluation process and the curriculum management were at a high level. Product: the graduated superiors thought the graduates was socially accepted on knowledge, skill, attitude and performance at a high level. When compared with the criterior of 3.50, the students, graduates and instructors thought that the context, input, process were significantly higher than the proposed criteria, which was the same as the graduated superiors thought about the graduates. Recommendation for the open-ended questionnaires suggested that credits on the group of general education related subjects should be reduced to increase the credits on the group of physical therapy related subjects insteaded. For the physical therapy subjects, it should increase the content of physical therapy knowledge in obstretric and sport. For the basic science subjects, it should add biochemistry and statistical for research methodology sujects and increase the content in the group of anatomy and neuroanatomy.
