Abstract

ชาวจีนโพ้นทะเลยุคแรกๆ เริ่มอพยพมาประเทศไทยตั้งแต่สมัยสุโขทัย จนถึงปัจจุบันมีประวัติยาวนานถึง 700 กว่าปี จากสถิติ ประเทศไทยมีชาวจีนโพ้นทะเลและลูกหลานชาวจีน 7 ล้านกว่าคน ในช่วงหลายร้อยปีมานี้มีชาวจีนอพยพหลั่งไหลเข้ามาประเทศไทยเป็นระลอกๆ ลงหลักปักฐาน มานะบากบั่น ก่อตั้งกิจการด้วยความยากลำบากจนประสบความสำเร็จรุ่งโรจน์เป็นที่ประจักษ์แก่ชาวโลก อีกทั้งได้สร้างคุณูปการอันใหญ่หลวง สร้างความเจริญรุ่งเรืองให้กับประเทศชาติได้รับการชื่นชมและแซ่ซ้องสรรเสริญจากพระมหากษัตริย์ รัฐบาลและปวงชนชาวไทยในแต่ละยุคสมัย วรรณกรรมภาษาจีนของไทยเป็นแหล่งแลกเปลี่ยนและสร้างสรรค์ผลงานของนักเขียนชาวไทยเชื้อสายจีนและผู้ที่ชื่นชอบวรรณคดี ข้อมูลของวรรณกรรมภาษาจีนในไทยได้มาจากชีวิตความเป็นอยู่จริงในสังคมชาวไทยเชื้อสายจีน งานวรรณกรรมจึงเป็นตำนานเรื่องราวสะท้อนชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ กิจการงานครอบครัว ความรักและการก่อตั้งกิจการของสังคมชาวไทยเชื้อสายจีนในประเทศไทย ตามการเติบโตเข้มแข็งของชาวไทยเชื้อสายจีนในประเทศไทยโดยเฉพาะการที่ชาวไทยเชื้อสายจีนสามารถกลมกลืนเข้ากับสังคมกระแสหลักของไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี ศักยภาพทางเศรษฐกิจของชาวไทยเชื้อสายจีนกลายเป็นแกนนำเศรษฐกิจของไทย ลูกหลานชาวจีนหลายท่านลงเล่นการเมือง และได้เป็นนายกรัฐมนตรีของไทย เช่น "เรื่องของคุณหลวง" "ชีวประวัติผู้นำชาวจีนโพ้นทะเลย" "ฝึกฝน (อัตชีวประวัติของนายสุกิจ อัมพรสุขสกุล)" และ "เยาวราชท่ามกลางพายุฝน" เป็นต้น ล้วนเป็นงานประพันธ์ที่เขียนเล่าเรื่องราวของชาวจีนโพ้นทะเลผู้ก่อตั้งกิจการ ภาพลักษณ์ของผู้ก่อตั้งกิจการในวรรณกรรมภาษาจีนของไทย เป็นหัวข้อศึกษาวิจัยหนึ่งที่มีคุณค่าทางประวัติศาสตร์และความเป็นจริง ภาพลักษณ์นี้จะแสดงผ่านรูปแบบการประพันธ์ ผลงานวรรณกรรมที่เขียนเล่าเรื่องราวของผู้ก่อตั้งกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์โดยใช้หัวเรื่องจากประสบการณ์การก่อตั้งกิจการของชาวจีนในสังคมชาวจีนโพ้นทะเลในประเทศไทย เกร็ดประวัติของผู้ก่อตั้งกิจการได้รับการปรุงแต่งจากผู้ประพันธ์จึงมีสีสันแห่งตำนานและมนต์เสน่ห์แห่งศิลปะ แต่แก่นแท้แห่งภาพลักษณ์ของผู้บุกเบิกธุรกิจก็คือ จิตวิญญาณที่สืบทอดกันมาแห่งชนชาติจีนของผู้ก่อตั้งกิจการ จิตวิญญาณอันยิ่งใหญ่ที่สืบทอดกันมาแห่งชนชาติจีนนี้ นำพาให้ผู้ก่อตั้งกิจการไม่เกรงกลัวความยากลำบาก กล้าที่จะทุ่มเทกำลังเพื่อช่วงชิงของวิเศษบันดาลความสำเร็จแก่กิจการงาน วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ ได้ทำการศึกษาวิเคราะห์ประวัติความเป็นมาตั้งแต่ก่อตั้งกิจการจนประสบความสำเร็จไว้อย่างเป็นระบบ และหาจุดเชื่อมโยงภายในระหว่างการบุกเบิกธุรกิจกับจิตวิญญาณของชนชาติจีน ประกาศคุณูปการอันเกริกไกรของผู้ก่อตั้งกิจการ แซ่ซ้องจิตวิญญาณอันยิ่งใหญ่ของชนชาติจีน ปลุกเร้าให้ผู้ก่อตั้งที่เป็นลูกหลานชาวจีนโพ้นทะเลรุ่นใหม่ก้าวไปข้างหน้าอย่างองอาจ ส่งเสริมให้ลูกหลานชาวจีนรุ่นหลังสืบสานประเพณีอันดีงามของผู้ก่อตั้งกิจการ รักษาสิ่งดีงามที่ผู้ก่อตั้งกิจการได้สร้างไว้ให้สืบทอดกันไปชั่วลูกชั่วหลาน วิทยานิพนธ์นี้แบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ บทนำ เนื้อเรื่อง และบทสรุป เนื้อเรื่องแบ่งเป็น 3 บท บทที่ 1 วิเคราะห์และพิสูจน์ยืนยันปัจจัยทางประวัติศาสตร์และทางภูมิศาสตร์ ตลอดจนภูมิหลังทางสังคมของประเทศจีนและไทยในสมัยนั้น ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุของการอพยพเข้ามาอยู่ประเทศไทยของชาวจีนโพ้นทะเลและบรรยายสภาพชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของผู้ก่อตั้งกิจการในช่วงเริมก่อตั้งธุรกิจซึ่งต้องเผชิญกับความทุกข์ยาก อาศัยปัญญาอันเลิศล้ำก่อร้างสร้างตัวได้อย่างอัจฉริยะ บทที่ 2 สืบเสาะและค้นหาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ก่อตั้งกิจการ รวมถึงผสมผสานกันของสัจนิยมและอุดมคตินิยม บทที่ 3 พิสูจน์ยืนยันในเชิงทฤษฎีในเรื่องแรงบันดาลใจ และแรงกระตุ้นจากเกร็ดประวัติของผู้ก่อตั้งกิจการที่มีผลต่อชนรุ่นหลัง และเทคนิค วิธีการสรรค์สร้างวรรณกรรมโดยการเขียนบรรยายภาพลักษณ์ของผู้ก่อตั้งกิจการ

The early era of Overseas Chinese had begum immigrate to Thailand since the Sukhothai period, has been more than 700 years of history, according to statisties, there are over seven million overseas Chinese and their Chinese descendants in Thailand. Over the last several hunddred years ago, Chinese immigrants have poured into Thailand. They are settled down and did business with adifficult endeavor. The glories success is obvious to the world. It has a great contribution. Create prosperity for the country. Received rave reviews and hymn the praise of the king, government and the people in each period. Chinese literature in Thailand as a source for creation and exchange of the overseas Chinese autors and the people who love literature. The information of the literatures was taken from the reality of the overseas Chinese in Thailand. These literary reflect the legendary story of the literary life of the family, love affairs and a pioneer of the local Chinese community as the strong growth of the Thai Chinese in Thailand. In particular, the Chinese people can blend into the mainstream of Thai society as well. Economic potential of the Chinese people has become a mainstay of the Thai economy. Many Chinese descendants who are politician became Prime Minister of Thailand. So that, the Chinese literature in Thailand that created the theme with the stories of the overseas Chinese business pioneers had became a fashion. In recent years, the long story novels that the readers so appreciate, as "The Story of Kun Luang", "True Story of the Overseas Chinese Community Leaders", "Drill (Biography of Mr. Sukij Ampornsuksakul)", "Yaowarat Amid the Rain Storm", are the classic works describing the Chinese business pioneer. The image of the business pioneer in Chinese literature in Thailand is a research topic that is a reality and the historical significance. This image of the business pioness pioneer show through the forms of poetry. Body part is divided into three chapters, the first chapter from a historical and geographical factors as well as Chinese and Thai social background analysis and appraisal of the causes of Chinese immigrants in Thailand. Which is the cause business pioneer in the early days facing difficult living condition, sophisticated and unique entrepreneurial wisdom are discussed. Chapter II Investigated and searches the personal factors and the traditional Chinese spirit of Chinese business pioneer who are blend with realism and idealism. Chapter III Verification of theoretical inspiration and motivation in the anecdotes of the business pioneers, affecting next generatations and how to creat literary works written by the image of the business pioneer.

早期的华人自素可泰王朝就开始移民泰国，至今已有七百多年的历史，据统计在泰国有七百多万华人和华裔。几百年来华人移民潮此起彼伏，华人在泰国落地生根，埋头苦干，艰苦创业，取得了举世瞩目的辉煌成就，为泰国的繁荣昌盛做出了伟大的贡献，得到了泰国历代皇帝和政府以及泰国人民的赞扬和表彰。泰华文学是泰国华人作家和文学爱好者的创作和交流园地，泰华文学的素材取自于泰华社会的真实生活，文学作品反映的是泰华社会华人生活、事业、家庭、爱情和创业的传奇故事。随着泰国华人在泰国的成长壮大，特别是在华人成功地融入泰国主流社会，华人经济实力成为泰国经济的主导，多位华裔从政成为政府总理，使得泰华文学以华人创业者的创业事迹为题材进行创作成为一种时尚。近年来深受读者欢迎的长篇小说《一个坤銮的故事》、《侨领正传》、《磨炼》、《风雨耀华力》等都是描写华人创业者的经典作品。

泰华文学中的创业者形象是一个具有现实和历史意义的研究课题，创业者的形象是通过文学作品的形式表现出来的，描写创业者的文学作品是以泰华社会华人的创业经历为题材进行文学创作的，创业者的事迹经过作家的艺术加工，具有了传奇色彩和艺术魅力。但是创业者形象的核心实质是创业者的中华民族传统精神，伟大的中华民族传统精神是指导创业者不畏艰难，勇于拼搏取得创业成功的法宝。本文是通过对创业者的创业历程，成功经验进行系统地分析研究，找出创业和中华民族精神的内在联系，宣传创业者的丰功伟绩，弘扬伟大的中华民族精神，激励海外华人新一代创业者勇往直前，勉励华裔后代继承创业者的优良传统，保持创业者打下的锦绣江山世代相传。

本文共分为引言、正文、结语三个部分。正文部分分为三章，第一章从历史和地理的因素以及当时中泰两国的社会背景对华人移民泰国的原因进行了分析论证，并对创业者的创业初期所面临的艰难生存状态，精巧独到的创业智慧进行了论述。第二章对华人创业者的自身因素和中华民族传统精神在创业者身上的具体体现，现实主义和理想主义的交融进行了发掘和探讨。第三章对创业者事迹给后人的启示和激励作用，描写创业者形象的文学创作手法进行了理论上的论证。
