บทบาทของครูต่อการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันสมควร : โรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาระดับการกระทำบทบาทของครูต่อการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันสมควร และทัศนคติของครูที่มีต่อปัญหานักเรียนในกรณีดังกล่าว กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครที่ปฏิบัติการสอนอยู่ในโรงเรียน จำนวน 331 คน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติเพื่อการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์ SPSS For Window เพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปร โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ประชากรที่ศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีช่วงอายุระหว่าง 25-30 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ส่วนใหญ่สมรสแล้ว มีประสบการณ์ในวิชาชีพครูอยู่ระหว่าง 1-10 ปี และส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้ต่อเดือน 7,000-12,000 บาทบทบาทของครูต่อการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันสมควรด้านการป้องกัน เป็นผู้ร่วมคิด/กำหนดนโยบาย เป็นผู้ร่วมวางแผนงาน เป็นผู้ร่วมจัดกิจกรรม เป็นผู้ร่วมให้ความรู้เรื่องเพศศึกษา เป็นผู้ร่วมสอนเกี่ยวกับจริยธรรมทางเพศ ระดับการกระทำอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเป็นผู้ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำแนวทาง เป็นผู้ส่งเสริมจริยธรรม เป็นผู้ประสานงาน ระดับการกระทำอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเป็นผู้ปฏิบัติการช่วยเหลือ ระดับการกระทำอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมากในการวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรต่าง ๆ พบว่า อายุ ประสบการณ์ การบริโภคสินค้า ความรู้ถึงสถานการณ์ปัญหา ทัศนคติด้านการป้องกันปัญหา มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการกระทำบทบาทของครูในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันสมควร1.อายุ จากการศึกษา พบว่า อายุของครูเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่มีผลต่อการแสดงบทบาทในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนดังกล่าว ครูที่มีอายุมากจะมีการแสดงบทบาทมากกว่าครูที่มีอายุน้อย2.ประสบการณ์ จากการศึกษาพบว่า ประการณ์มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบต่อบทบาทของครูต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนดังกล่าว ยิ่งประสบการณ์ระยะเวลาการทำงานมากขึ้น ก็มีโอกาสในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในบทบาทต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนดังกล่าวลดน้อยลง3.การบริโภคสินค้า จากการศึกษา พบว่า การบริโภคสินค้ามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับบทบาทของครูต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนดังกล่าว ครูที่มีพฤติกรรมการบริโภคสินค้าที่ทันสมัย ถึงแม้จะมีความทันสมัยมากก็ไม่ได้บกพร่องในการกระทำต่อการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนดังกล่าว 4.ความรู้ถึงสถานการณ์ปัญหา จากการศึกษาพบว่า ความรู้ถึงสถานการณ์ปัญหามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบต่อบทบาทของครูต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนดังกล่าว ครูที่มีความรู้ถึงสถานการณ์ปัญหา การแสดงบทบาทของครูต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนดังกล่าวลดน้อยลง เป็นไปได้ว่าครูที่รู้ถึงสถานการณ์ของปัญหาอาจจะเป็นว่าเป็นเรื่องที่ธรรมดาปกติ5.ทัศนคติด้านการป้องกันปัญหา จากการศึกษา พบว่า ทัศนคติด้านการป้องกันปัญหาของครูเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่มีผลต่อการแสดงบทบาทในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนดังกล่าวครูส่วนใหญ่มีทัศนคติอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างดีต่อการป้องกันปัญหาเมื่อครูมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการป้องกันปัญหาการแสดงบทบาทของครูก็น่าจะดีตามไปด้วยข้อเสนอแนะควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมร่วมเพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับปัญหาเรื่องเพศของนักเรียน การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น เพื่อเป็นการกระตุ้นให้ผู้ปกครองสนใจสอดส่องดูแลพฤติกรรมของบุตรหลานมากยิ่งขึ้น และควรมีการศึกษาถึงบทบาทของครูฝ่ายปกครอง ฝ่ายแนะแนว ในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันสมควรในงานวิจัยครั้งต่อไป

This thesis aimed to study an attitude of teacher and the roles of teachers in preventing and solving problems of student sexual relations at early age. 331 teachers were used as the samples represented Bangkok metropolitan teacher population. The tool for this study was the questionnaire which was analised with spss/pc program to obtain the mean, proportion and the relationship between factors were analised with the multiple regression.The result indicated that most of the samples were female and the ages were between 25-30 years, bachelor degree graduates and married. They had teaching experience between 1-10 years and their average income was between 7,000-12,000 bath per month.The teacher in preventing and solving problems of students sexual relation in early age were to be the co-thinker, co-policymaker, co-planner, co-implementer of activities. They were co-educator in sex education and sexual ethics. The level of their action was average. They also were co-educator in massmedia selection. The level of their action was rather high. As for the problem solving, they were co-advisor in giving direction, they were ethics promoter, coordinator and their level of action was average. Moreover they were assistant and their level of action was rather high. For the analysis of relationship between factors, it was found that age, experience, consumption. Problem of acknowledgement, attitude on problem prevention related to action roles of teacher in prevention and solving problems of student on having sexual relation at early ages.1.ages, the result indicated that age of teacher had significant effect towards roles on preventing and solving problems of student as mentioned. Older teachers showed more roles than younger teachers.2.Teaching experience, it was found that teaching experience had negative relationship to roles of teacher in preventing and solving problems of student as mentioned. The longer teaching experience rather lessened roles of teacher in prevention and solving problems of students.3.Good consumption, it was found that good consumption had positive relationship to roles of teacher in preventing and solving problems of students as mentioned. The teacher who consumed modern goods though they were very modern, they were not lessen their roles in preventing and solving problem of students4.Acknowledgement of problem, the result indicated that problem Acknowledgement had negative relationship to roles of teacher in preventing and solving problems of students. Teacher who knew more about problems had less roles on preventing and solving problems of students. It is possible that teacher may considered them as ordinary situation.5.Attitudes on preventing of problems, it was found that attitudes on preventing of problems of teachers were siginticant factors related to roles of teacher on preventing And solving problems of students. Most teacher had rather high level of attitude towards problems prevention and their roles were rather good. Suggestion:The school should organize activities to disseminate knowledge on sexual problems of student and primary prevention and solving problems of students in order to motivate parents to pay more attention in behavior of their of their children. As for the next research, there should be a study on roles of counselor teacher and administrative teacher in preventing and solving problem of student’s sexual relation at early ages.
