การประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นของนักศึกษา คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นของนักศึกษา คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีรูปแบบเป็นแบบการตอบข้อมูลสองชุดหรือการตอบสนองคู่ เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 312 คน จำแนกเป็น นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 2 3 และ 4 จำนวน 143 49 55 และ 65 คน ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป การบรรยายลักษณะข้อมูลใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และผลต่างเลขคณิต ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม ส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการด้านการได้รับการยกย่องนับถือและการประสบความสำเร็จในชีวิตมากที่สุด มีผลต่างของสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นและสภาพที่เป็นจริงเท่ากับ 1.54 เมื่อพิจารณาแยกรายข้อ ส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการอินเตอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงมากที่สุด รองลงมาได้แก่ จำนวนที่นั่งรับประทานอาหารในโรงอาหารที่เพียงพอ และความเพียงพอของคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการเรียนการสอน เมื่อวิเคราะห์ตามรายชั้นปีพบว่า นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการด้านการได้รับการยกย่องนับถือและการประสบความสำเร็จในชีวิตมากที่สุด มีผลต่างของสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นและสภาพที่เป็นจริงเท่ากับ 1.55 ส่วนนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 และ 3 มีความต้องการด้านกายภาพมากที่สุด มีผลต่างของสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นและสภาพที่เป็นจริงเท่ากับ 1.48 และ 1.65 ส่วนนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 ส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการด้านความปลอดภัยมากที่สุด มีผลต่างของสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นและสภาพที่เป็นจริงเท่ากับ 1.56 เมื่อวิเคราะห์ตามรายสาขาวิชาพบว่า นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการจัดการโรงพยาบาล (HM/ HA) และอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม (EH) ส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการด้านการได้รับการยกย่องนับถือและการประสบความสำเร็จในชีวิตมากที่สุด มีผลต่างของสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นและสภาพที่เป็นจริงเท่ากับ 1.99 และ 1.36 ส่วนสาขาวิชาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย (OH) ส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการด้านความปลอดภัยมากที่สุด มีผลต่างของสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นและสภาพที่เป็นจริงเท่ากับ 1.53

This study is survey research. The objective of this research was needs assessment of students in faculty of Public and Environmental Health, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The data were collected by questionnaire that was developed by the researchers and it was a dual – response format. The subjects were 312 samples, consisting of 143 freshmens , 49 sophomores, 55 juniors and 65 seniors year. The data was analyzed by statistic computer program and including percentage, average and mathematic differential. The results were found that most of students of the Public and Environmental Health, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University had self esteem and self - actualization need. The differentiated of answer between “what should be” and “what is” was 1.54. Considering in each topic found that they showed the most of students need the high - speed internet, the insufficient of seat in cafeteria and the computer to study. In term of year, self esteem and self - actualization need were the need of the most freshmens year students. The differentiated of answer between “what should be” and “what is” was 1.55. The physiological was the need that sophomores and juniors year students selected and the differentiated of answer between “what should be” and “what is” was 1.48 and 1.65, respectively. The safety need was the highest answer from seniors year students and the differentiated of answer between “what should be” and “what is” was 1.56. In term of program, self esteem and self - actualization need were the need of the most of the department of Hospital Management and Environmental Health program students and the differential of answer between “what should be” and “what is” was 1.99 and 1.36, respectively. The need of most of students in the Occupational Health and Safety program was safety need and the differentiated of answer between “what should be” and “what is” was 1.53
